Exercise Classes

These are all drop-in classes, so no registration is required. Class descriptions, days, and times are listed in our monthly newsletter. Call us for more information at (608) 325-3173. You purchase a punch card that can be used for any of the classes. Cost for cards are: $30 for a 10 punch card or $55 for a 20 punch card.

Balanced Yoga (45 minutes) 
Tuesdays & Thursdays ~ 9:30am-10:15am
Combination of chair yoga & balance exercises to keep equilibrium in check, focus on breathing, and help increase flexibility

Fitness First (45 minutes) 
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays ~ 8:30am-9:15am
We use free weights, resistance balls, stretch bands, sand balls, and chairs. Every class has a warm-up, cardio, strength, balance, and cool-down.

Fitness Fusion (45 minutes)
Wednesdays & Fridays ~ 10:45am-11:30am
Complete 15-minute cardio program, 15 minutes of strengthening, and 15 minutes of floor exercises and stretching. This class uses balls, sand balls, and floor mats.

Men's Exercise (45 minutes) 
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays ~ 9:30am-10:15am
Designed just for men, this class includes a warm-up and cool-down. We use free weights, resistance balls, stretch bands, sand balls, and chairs.

Yoga (45 minutes)
Tuesdays & Thursdays ~ 11:45pm-12:30pm
Learn foundational yoga postures and alignment, breathing practice, meditation, deep relaxation, and basic yoga teachings.

Chair Pilates (45 minutes)
Mondays ~ 10:45am - 11:30am
Focuses on improving physical strength, flexability, posture, balance, & focus through low-impact exercises. Gentle toning movements. Modifications will be provided.

Dance Aerobics (45 minutes) 
EARLY GROUP: Tuesdays & Thursdays ~ 8:30am-9:15am
LATE GROUP: Tuesdays & Thursdays ~ 10:45am-11:30am
This is a dance party that incorporates Latin and international music. We dance the Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, and Reggaeton. Every class has a warm-up dance and a cool-down dance.
