Department of Public Works
The Public Works Department consists of Streets, Sanitation, Airport, Engineering, and the Water Utility, and is located in the Street Department building. Kelly Finkenbinder is the Public Works Director and has been with the City since 1980. He attended Highland Community College in Freeport, Illinois and the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
