City Code 2-17-3: Duties:

(A) The license committee shall review all applications for licenses and permits or permits required by Wisconsin statutes or this code, except for licenses or permits relating to operations on the Monroe municipal airport.  All airport licenses shall be reviewed and issued by the airport board of management.

(B) The license committee shall determine eligibilty for licenses and permits other than those relating to operations of the Monroe municipal airport, and shall make recommendations to the common council regarding the issuance of such licenses and permits.  (5-21-1991)
