The community videos are back online and available for viewing. The City received six produced videos highlighting different aspects of Monroe. The videos were shot and produced by CGI Comminications and feature videos for Education, Quality of Life, Real Estate and Relocation, History, and Business and Industry. Monroe Residents Can Now View Utility Bills & Pay Online

The City of Monroe is pleased to announce a revised service—Online Billing & Payments. Utility customers are able to view their bills online, saving the City the cost of printing and mailing bills. Customers participating in online billing receive emails when their bills are ready for viewing.
